Do you take on rental and student properties, or only owner-occupied homes?

Both. A rental is a different brief rather than a lesser one: the material has to survive turnover, the finish has to be repairable, and the schedule has to fit a fixed changeover date. Alexander will tell you where spending more pays back over a tenancy and where it simply does not.

Can the work fit between tenants?

That is usually how it is planned. Give him the changeover date at the quote and the timeline is built backwards from it. Most single units are a few days of work, so the gap between leases is normally enough, but it is worth booking the visit well ahead of the date rather than the week before.
